Please note:

1) As soon as the order is shipped, we will send an e-mail, containing the shipping date, the tracking number of your order and the related information, to your registered e-mail address.

2) You can check the current status of your order by entering your order number through button.

3) There may be rare occasion of delay due to customs holdup at destinations. While we can not be responsible for such incidents, we nevertheless would like to show our concern and good will by offering a 15% credit to those customers who receive goods from us for a delay of more than two weeks.

Duties

All small packages sent internationally are basically duty free in each country (99% worldwide).

If you are charged with a duty by your local customs when receive goods, contact us within 14 days by providing us with copy of duty levy, we will return the amount back to you as credit for next purchase.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase after receipt, you may request for replacement or refund (within 14 days). Please contact us (Tel: +86-756-3339300; Email: service@narasilk.com) first to get a return authorization and then return it in its original condition, including all of its original accessories. Clothes must be unwashed; damaged goods caused by the customers are not returnable. Return can only be made when authorized by our customer service, and a RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number obtained. We shall not only refund the total cost of goods, but also refund the return shipping cost as well!

When returning, make sure you enclose the goods with the following:

1. A copy of your shipping bill or your order number;

2. A return authorization number from our customer service;

3. Reason for return, if any.

Please note: Returns can only be made when authorized by our customer service and a RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number is given.
As for refunds, we will refund your total payment. If the returns are shipped by air parcel post, the shipping cost is refundable. If by express service, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please note: Your total payment will be returned to your payment account and the shipping cost for returns will be returned to your account at Narasilk as credit balance, which will be subtracted from your next order.
